Certificate in Education: Educational Leadership and Management

The aim of this course is to develop capacity for improved leadership and management in schools. It will build the knowledge and skills that are required for head teachers to become 'pedagogical leaders' in order to facilitate teachers' and students' learning within a collaborative school culture. Specifically, the course will assist in the development of knowledge and skills for successful planning and implementation of school improvement initiatives for enhancing students' learning outcomes.
