Certificate in Education: Information and Communications Technology

The introductory course is aimed at enabling participants to integrate Information and Communications Technology (ICT) with teaching and learning. Participants who do this programme will be able to describe and analyse the need for integrating ICT with learning and teaching in their school; evaluate, select, integrate, test and analyse a range of ICTs for learning and teaching in their own contexts; critique interaction between society and ICT, and its implications for their institutions and reflect on their practice of using ICT for learning and teaching.
