Strategic Planning and Development

This course aims to develop course participants’ (CPs’) understanding of strategic planning and development in enhancing school / institution performance. In this course, CPs are expected to appreciate the value of planning and developing a vision for school improvement. The process of development planning and integrating the vision into it will also be discussed. The course will enable participants to understand their role in developing, managing and implementing, and evaluating strategic plans for school/institution improvement.
